Sarah Kempen qualified as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice) after completing her Honours in Psychology (Cum Laude) at the University of Johannesburg, and has been working in an assessment and training role since 2010. With experience in multiple psychometric assessments and various assessment arenas, Sarah’s interests span the full realm of assessment services. Her passion for assessments continues to foster her ongoing research and curiosity into assessments and the value that they add. Sarah has subsequently furthered her qualifications for international accreditation with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as the European Federation of Psychologists’ Association (EFPA). Sarah’s particular strength lies in her international awareness and exposure to global assessment processes, her interest in psychological research, as well as integrated assessment analyses.
