Critical Reasoning for Graduate & Managerial Roles
The Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB2) and its item-banked counterpart (CRTBi) assess verbal and numerical critical reasoning — the combination of comprehension and higher-order thinking required to evaluate complex information and make sound decisions.
Test scenarios are grounded in business and management contexts, making both assessments particularly relevant for occupational selection. The CRTB2 is designed for supervised administration, while the CRTBi draws on a large item bank to enable secure unsupervised remote administration without the risks of practice effects or item sharing.
Test items are scenario-based and reflect realistic workplace situations. The level of difficulty is appropriate for graduates and individuals in, or moving into, managerial roles.
