The Industrial Proficiency Test (IPT) were developed by Opra Consulting in New Zealand as a selection battery for entry-level workers in industry. The subtests include following instructions, checking (of numbers, letters, symbols, and instrument read-outs), numerical, and symbolic reasoning.
